I have a dream to help people in all ages and experience level to achieve their best look, best mental health and best sport performance level.
I have trained myself since I was 12 years old. I got started with classical boxing. After couple of years I transitioned to kickboxing and then to thaiboxing. I have given classes for martial arts since I Was in teenage years and had to go school. I always want to help people and give them knowledge of what to do to perform better or how to become stronger, more confident etc.
Now I have been awarded with internationally recognized personal trainer certification and also Internationally Master Kay LookMuangPetch recognized Muay Thai Coach certification in Thaiboxing. I lived in Thailand and studied the art of 8 limbs for a year and continuously spend some time there and keep learning more.
I am focused more on martial arts as I am a professional fighter myself throughout 12 years already. But weight/strength training are always part of the program. I always rely on specific and scientific training principles. Depending on what sports they do or goal they have.
